This project is inspired by the concept art The Old Mill by concept artist Ines Rotzinger. I wanted to model this old mill because the concept art is more stylized than my previous work, and I have an interest in creating environments for stylised games such as Genshin Impact and Zelda Breath of the Wild. This was my first personal project realized in UE5, which I combined with Speedtree, Substance Painter, Blender, Affinity Designer & Photo and After Effects to create my own workflow over the space of approximately two months alongside my full-time job.
